As a 30 years Navy veteran I have been on the water or near the water front for most of my adult life. Operating boats began much earlier for me, growing up on a lake in northern Minnesota. Plying the waters of Lake Michigan, Lake of the Woods and countless freshwater lakes and rivers. Teaching and learning are not only my passions, but defining aspects of my life.
